What Brings you Joy

This school year, I am getting joy from hearing my daughter read stories to me, and read street signs, and read subtitles, and even reading my text messages over my shoulder! Her teachers have been great in helping her, every year! - Maggie

What Brings you Joy

I am delighted to be co-chairing the ASL Club at CES with Ms. Dumas. This is our second year with the ASL Club, and we are thoroughly enjoying teaching sign language to the third-grade students. The students have shown enthusiasm for learning a new language. - Mrs. Clevenger

What Brings you Joy

In the classroom, I find joy in the kindness of my students! Whether they are helping each other sound out words, working together to solve a math problem, supporting whichever student is being a "teacher" at that moment, or playing together, they are so nice. - Mrs. Stimson

What Brings you Joy

Outside of the classroom, my family, music, the outdoors, and God makes me happy! I love bundling up and walking through a Holiday-themed park with my family (including my dog-niece, Tchai). This is my favorite time of the year! - Mrs. Stimson

What Brings you Joy

I find joy spending time with my kids. Decorating the tree at this time of year and making cookies are traditions that we enjoy doing together. We also like to drive around and look at lights. Seeing them excited by the spirit of the season brings me joy! - Mrs. Devereaux
